Far East of Eden series

The Far East of Eden series was originally produced as one of the early CD-ROM games for the PC Engine (Turbo Grafx) system, Tengai Makyo II was known for its use of voice and fully animated cinemas to progress its storyline. The game was remade for the Playstation 2 and GameCube in 2003. The Tengai Makyo series has an English name, Far East of Eden, but has never seen release in America. The Nintendo DS version of Tengai Makyo II includes everything from the 1992 PC Engine Super CD original, including all the event scenes and voices. The stylus is used to select enemies during battle and to select your destination when moving about on maps. The D-pad can also be used, of course. Also known as Far East of Eden 2, Tengai Makyou 2: Manji Maru, Tengai Makyo II: Manji Maru (JPN).
