In fact, of FANBOYS, only and, but, and or are prototypical coordinating conjunctions, while nor is close Could you be a bit more explicit about what you mean by "close"? It seems to be that "nor" is the negation of "or" just as "neither" negates "either" (and are used in parallel). Jackbox1971 01:43, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
