[edit] Year started?

This article says 1995 is the year they started. But their MySpace says they started two years ago. Which is it?RoryS89 04:53, 9 August 2006 (UTC)RoryS89

I'm thinking they would know more about their own band. That is my take. --WillMak050389 04:55, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
According to [1], the three brothers released a CD in 1995, but I do not believe they had the other members of the group. The Olds brothers may have been making music since 1995, but not Family Force 5. --WillMak050389 03:30, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Controversial video?

The "Controversy" section needs to be edited or just destroyed. "Females dressed immodestly"? "Band members acting lustfully"? That pretty much just sounds like the personal opinion of the person who wrote that part and not fact or consensus. At the very least, those lines need to be edited greatly. But, c'mon, is this video really a big lightning rod for controversy (if you haven't seen it, click here [2])? Personally, I think it's incredibly overblown; I mean, it's not like they're imitating the Pussycat Dolls here, am I right? Roofi's Publicist 20:42, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

I agree, I see nothing wrong with the video, nor have I ever heard of any controversy about it outside this article.RoryS89 22:23, 21 August 2006 (UTC)RoryS89
Agreed, I like the band, but have never heard of any controversy over the video. The only point at the reference page is a question that says how much it has not affected the churches it has been sent to, and it talks about the christian market not going with the times. I think the Controversy section sounds like it could be original research. --WillMak050389 03:30, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
