Family Affairs was a British soap opera set in and around the fictional Stanley Street, in the fictional London borough of Charnham, based in West London. The show premiered on March 30th, 1997 to coincide with the launch of its parent channel, and it ran for eight years but was axed due to falling ratings. On December 30th, 2005 Family Affairs aired its last episode with many cliffhangers that were never resolved.
