This article is about the second Fall River Railroad. For the original Fall River Railroad, the name of the eventual Old Colony Railroad system from 1845 to 1854, see Old Colony Railroad.

The Fall River Railroad was a railroad in Massachusetts. It was chartered in 1874, opened in 1875 from New Bedford to Fall River, and merged into the Old Colony Railroad in 1896.
