Fakty i Kommentarii or Facts and Commentaries, founded in 1997, is Ukraine's biggest selling tabloid newspaper, with a circulation of more than 1.1 million.
Based in Kiev, the paper offers news events and interviews, but no analysis. It is controlled by Viktor Pinchuk, influential oligarch and the son-in-law of country's ex-president Leonid Kuchma.
