Fajã de Cima

Fajã de Cima is a parish in the district of Ponta Delgada in the Azores. The population in 2001 is 3,634, its density is 305.6 persons/km² and the area is 11.89 km². Fajã de Cima is located in the western part of the island of São Miguel. Fajã de Cima is commected with a road linking Mosteiros and Ribeira Grande. The mountains which are covered with lovely trees are to the east. Farmlands covers much of the parish. The main industry is agriculture. Farmlands dominate most of Fajã de Cima.
