Is there a reason why you keep adding a link to Gary Portnoy's home page to all the shows he was involved with? Surely one link on his article page is enough. Have a look through WP:EL when you get a chance. Orpheus 07:43, 9 February 2007 (UTC)

I am curious about this as well. It isn't so much that they were added (we all have done things that others did not agree with or were wrong here) but that you keep readding them when others keep removing them. To sum up the part of the article most relevant to this issue: "WP:EL#Links normally to be avoided: Sites that are only indirectly related to the article's subject". If the subject is about a televsion show, then external links directly related to the show are the only ones that should be included. If that link is alowed as an external in a TV article, then the official website of every other person involved in creating one of the TV shows from the producer to the grips also belong in that show's external links, but what sense would that make? There's more to it than just populating articles with links and information. — CobraWiki ( jabber | stuff ) 08:17, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
