Would you tell me which article or resource saying Leviathan's halberd-like weapon is called the "Hydro-lance"?

It isn't, its never been named, but hydro lance is better than nothing, eh?

Could someone please find or upload a picture (preferably official art) of Leviathan--in particular, her humanoid form, as opposed to the "second form" seen in the current and only picture?
