B-52 bomber piloted by Bud Holland about to crash at Fairchild Air Force Base on June 24, 1994. Object near aircraft tail is the hatch cover due to the co-pilot's attempt to eject from the aircraft, which was interrupted by the aircraft's impact with the ground.
