Fairmont Olympic Hotel (Seattle)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Fairmont Olympic Hotel is a historic hotel in downtown Seattle, Washington, occupying the city block between 4th and 5th Avenue and between University and Seneca Streets. It was built in 1924, and in 1979, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
In the past it has been known as the Olympic Hotel and, until sold [1] by Four Seasons Hotels to Fairmont in 2003, was known as the Four Seasons Olympic Hotel.
Along with other buildings in the Metropolitan Tract, the land under the hotel is owned by the University of Washington as part of the University's original campus.
