The Fairmont Newfoundland is a luxury hotel in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, managed by Fairmont Hotel and Resorts.

The original Newfoundland Hotel was opened in 1926 in St. John's. The hotel was acquired by the Canadian National Railway in 1949. A new hotel on an adjacent site, originally named Hotel Newfoundland, was opened by the Canadian Pacific Railway, which had acquired the CNR hotels, in 1982, at which point the original hotel was demolished. The present hotel's name was changed following CP's acquisition of Fairmont in 1999.
