Fairlawn is an unincorporated census-designated place located in Miami-Dade County, Florida between the cities of Miami and West Miami. Its unofficial boundaries are from NW 7 Street south to SW 24 Street and from Florida Blvd. west to SW 57 Avenue. The area contains Miami's largest White population, but like the rest of the metropolitan area, it is gradually becoming more and more hispanic.[citation needed]
