[edit] Licensing

Copyrighted

This image is of a film poster, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the film or the studio which produced the film in question. It is believed that the use of scaled-down, low-resolution images of film posters

qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.

To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.

[edit] Fair use rationale

As stated in the licensing blurb above, a low-resolution copy of the poster is considered fair use. The poster as of this writing are used in describing the movie in question, not to steal, kill or destroy anyone's work. The reasonable man argument works here: a reasonable man would assent that this photo is used within the confines of "fair use". Kghusker 02:40, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
