Faculty of Medicine of the University of Calgary

The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Calgary is one of two medical schools in Alberta and one of 17 in Canada. Established in 1967, the school is linked to the hospitals in the Calgary Health Region. It is a leading facility in medical research and throughout its existence has made several breakthroughs in medical science.
