Fabio E. Castro (born January 20, 1985 in Montecristy, Dominican Republic) is a relief pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies. Castro was the first pick in the 2005 Rule 5 draft. He was selected by the Kansas City Royals, who then traded Castro to the Texas Rangers for second baseman Esteban German. Castro made his major league debut on April 6, 2006 for the Texas Rangers, and was traded to the Phillies in June 2006 for minor league prospect Daniel Haigwood.

He finished the 2006 season with a 1.54 ERA.
