F.K. Tønsberg is a football club from Tønsberg, Norway. It was founded on October 10, 2001 as a cooperation project between 19 local clubs. The new team replaced Eik-Tønsberg in the Norwegian Division Two beginning in the 2002 season. The first player to sign for the team was Anders Skarbøvik, the current team captain.

F.K. Tønsberg placed second in the league seasons 2002 and 2003. In 2004 they hired experienced coach Reine Almqvist, won the Division Two championship and was promoted to Adeccoligaen. Unfortunately they were relegated after only one season.
