F.I.D. is an 2CD album set by Japanese noise musician Masami Akita, under the name Merzbow. F.I.D. was recorded between November 2005 and January 2006. According to Merzbow's official website F.I.D. stands for 'Fur Is Dead', although this is printed nowhere on the actual CD booklet. According to the inlay £1 from each unit sold of this album will be donated to PETA. 'Seitaka' and 'Kongara' are the names of the two attendants of Fudo Myo-o, a personification of Dainichi Buddha.
