The image Image:F-zero wp m07 falcon 800.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I FullMetal Falcon 17:49, 16 July 2006 (UTC) feel it is covered by fair use because:
- The public display of the image is in no way detrimental to copyright holder's commercial interests
- The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the video game in any way.
- The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original game in any way.
- This image has been used in multiple websites, and so use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is
