Express Media

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Express Media creates quality literary arts and media opportunities for young and emerging artists. It's an Australian literary youth arts organisation that presents an annual program of special events, workshops, exhibitions and artistic projects throughout the year. The flagship project is Voiceworks magazine. Each year Express Media partners with the Victorian Writers' Centre to present the Emerging Writers' Festival. The John Marsden Award, a fiction prize for young Australian writers founded by our patron, is presented every year and winners are published in the December Voiceworks.

Voiceworks is a national, quarterly magazine that features exciting new writing by Australian young writers. It is a unique opportunity for young writers and artists (under 25) to publish their poetry, short stories, articles and comics, illustrations, drawings and photos more
