Experience (Soundtrack from the Film "Experience" Vol. 1) is a live album of material by Jimi Hendrix issued in 1971. It was the first posthumous Hendrix album released by Ember Records. The Jimi Hendrix Experience was filmed and recorded during their performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London, England on February 18, 1969. Bootleg copies of this concert were easy to find in the early 1970's, but the Ember Records release was by far the best quality recording. Ember Records released volume 2 of the live performance in 1972.
