Excellent Italian Greyhound is the title of Shellac's yet-to-be-released fourth album. The expected release date is June 5th 2007. The album's title is a reference to drummer Todd Trainer's faithful Italian Greyhound, Uffizi.
[edit] Track listing
This is the official album tracklisting, as confirmed by the Touch & Go website:
- "The End Of Radio"
- "Steady As She Goes"
- "Be Prepared"
- "Elephant"
- "Genuine Lullabelle"
- "Kittypants"
- "Boycott"
- "Paco"
- "Spoke"
"Hang On" was initally rumored to be included on the album, but apparently will not be. "Elephant" (sometimes referred to as "Repeat the Lie") and another track, "Kittypants," will be.
Contrary to rumor, "Killers" will not appear on Excellent Italian Greyhound as it was released several years ago on The Lounge Ax Defense & Relocation Compact Disc benefit compilation CD.
