Exanet Ltd., founded in 2000, is a software company which provides network-attached storage software solutions. Exanet storage system solutions are hardware independent. Their NAS software storage solution provides single file system scalability, and is compatible with Linux, Mac, and PC computer systems. ExaStore is comprised of the following components:

In 2003, ExaStore started shipping. In January of 2006, Exanet joined the Intel Storage Community. [1] In November of 2006, Exanet introduced ExaStore-ICM, providing automated data storage and delivery services across a wide range of enterprise platforms.[2]
