I and other Wikipedia editors have tagged an image you uploaded, Image:Ninjabeg.jpg, as a possible copyright violation. You try to justify your inclusion of this image in Wikipedia by writing, "I doubt this image has a professional copyright. It's all over the web forums and such. Just another random image." You should know that there is no such thing as a "professional copyright"; the law provides that almost all photographs are under copyright unless the photographer explicitly places it into the public domain. The burden is on you, as the one who wants to use the image on Wikipedia, to prove that the photographer has disclaimed copyright to the photo or licensed it for use on Wikipedia. The fact that other people are posting the image on the Internet still does not grant Wikipedia the right to use it, and you or Wikipedia could be sued by the copyright holder. I would urge you to review the relevant facts about copyright on Wikipedia:Copyrights before making further changes to images or uploading any others. —Psychonaut 03:01, 19 November 2005 (UTC)

I note you tried to nominate List of poser bands for deletion. However, you didn't use the proper template tag, and you didn't properly follow the instructions, so it won't show up on the list for voting. I'm almost sure that the "1469" on Image:Mischabelhörner.jpg is the serial number, not the year. I think it's a hand-coloured photograph, they did that a lot around 1900. If you've ever seen a 15th century painting (e.g. Image:Sandro Botticelli 046.jpg) you know this isn't one. Nice picture, though. Markussep 09:55, 24 November 2005 (UTC)
