Ewout Holst

Ewout Holst (born October 8, 1978 in Den Haag, Zuid-Holland) is a former freestyle and butterfly swimmer from The Netherlands, who was disqualified in the heats of the 4x100m Freestyle Relay at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia. He gained his first selection for the Dutch Team for the European SC Championships 1998 in Sheffield. After a troubled period he decided to quit swimming after the European LC Championships 2004 in Madrid, Spain.
