Evil and Eviler is an episode of The Emperor's New School.

Kuzco tries to be a "bad boy," and Yzma runs out of plans to make Kuzco fail so she hires someone to help get rid of Kuzco for her, and her name is Miss Ni, the expert emperor exterminator. She watches troublemakers all the time if they misbehaved. After putting Kuzco in a solitary detention, Yzma actually helps Kuzco. Yzma fired Miss Ni for putting alligators in a solitary detention.

- Lever Gag: Gags that were from Kuzco Fever, The Adventures of Red-Eyed Tree Frog Man, and Hungry Hungry Llama. During the roller coaster, Kronk gets bored.
- Miss Ni could be considered an inside joke relating to Monty Python and the Holy Grail
- The title a parody of Dumb and Dumber
- In the beginning of the episodes, Kuzco says that the show's name should be changed to "That's So Kusco", "Kuzco of the Past" or "KuzCossible". These are parodies of other Disney Channel shows.
- End Credits: a different version of the scene where Yzma gets the idea to hire Miss Ni is played, where Kronk and Yzma stand around for ten seconds, before Kronk finally breaks the silence by saying "I got nothing.".
