Everard Aloysius Lisle Phillipps (28 May 1835-18 September 1857) was an English recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.

He was 22 years old, and an Ensign in the 11th, Bengal Native Infantry, Indian Army during the Indian Mutiny when the following deed took place for which he was awarded the VC.

From 30 May to 18 September 1857 at the time of the Siege of Delhi, India, Ensign Phillipps performed many gallant deeds, and during this time he was wounded on three occasions. At the assault on the city he captured the Water Bastion with a small party and was killed in the streets on 18 September.
