Do you know the release dates for this mangwha? Or director?
[edit] Kinnikuman Fan Submissions
Thanks for adding the names of the fans who submitted some of the Kinnikuman characters on their personal pages. I had thought about doing that, but never got around to it.Seigi Choujin 14:33, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Shin'ichiro Azuma and Natsumi Tsuji
Hi, I noticed you were the one who added the real names of Sakakibara and Nevada-tan to the Sakakibara article back in May. Could you tell me where you got Nevada-tan's surname from? I mean, I can see the "ナツミ" in the Fuji TV pictures, but how and where did the "Tsuji" bit get revealed? I'm interested because my redirect at Natsumi Tsuji is currently up for discussion. [edit] Invitation
Hi Evan1975,
Here's an invitation to visit Wikipedia:WikiProject Japan. There, you can meet other Wikipedians working on articles related to Japan. You'll find lists of new articles, projects, and resources such as
- Wikipedia:Japan-related topics notice board
- Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Japan-related articles)
- Template:Newest Japan-related articles for telling the community about your new article
- Portal:Japan
Hope to see you there!
Special thanks for creating the article Teiyū Ichiryūsai. Please note that readers of Wikipedia will be able to find and read the articles you start if you also create a redirect without the macrons in the title. In other words, Teiyu Ichiryusai. It's very easy to do. Personally, I create the article without the macrons, then move it to the title with the macrons. When you move (rename) an article, Wikipedia automatically creates a redirect for you.
Best regards,

[edit] Image:Cykill.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Cykill.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Abu Badali 14:54, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Gren vs. Glen
The subtitles of the official U.S. release call him Gren. I know the pronunciation can make it sound like Glen, but it is most commonly transliterated as Gren so please leave it that way in the Iria article. (and it's my name O_o) gren グレン 22:07, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- No, The subtitles of the official U.S. release call him "Glen". This is right off AnimeWorks' Region 1 "Iria: Zeiram the Animation Collection" DVD. Evan1975 23:29, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

- My version is by U.S. Manga corps. O_o. But, most of the anime databases, IMDb, list it as gren. I know it can be either... My Japanese friend who knows Hepburn said "Gren or Glen". I don't think either of us can make an argument for being "correct". I just think that if you look around you will see that gren is used more often. If you don't agree... I'll probably forget to argue my point. But, animeinfo, animenewsnetwork, seem to use Gren. So, I think it's more notable. gren グレン 02:51, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
Hey Evan1975. I have made some changes to the Iria: Zeiram the Animation page but I think you should check the "Note on Gren's name" section in Gren's character box. I think it addresses the Gren vs. Glen issue adequately. Also I was wondering does your copy of the DVD have the episode titles in Japanese? All I could find for these titles was this page but they just didn't seem quite right to me. Thank You. rydia 08:04, 19 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:45s 223 jc.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:45s 223 jc.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
[edit] Dragonball Wiki
- Hi there. I noticed you're a member of Wikiproject Dragonball, and I'm trying to recruit some people from that to contribute to the Dragon Ball Wiki. It's in terrible shape right now with pretty much no consistency or policies, and only this week have I been able to get Angela and Sannse to create some Forums for us over there. I've got a proposed Manual of Style going over there and would like some people to contribute to that to set up some policies and start making the wiki bigger, better, and more intelligible/consistent. If you're interested, please hop on over or talk to me. Thanks for the time, whether you're interested or not. Wildyoda 02:26, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Image tagging for Image:A35.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:A35.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
