Evangelical Christian School, also known as ECS, is a Christ-centered, Biblically directed, private school in Cordova, Tennessee. It hosts grades pre-K to 12. Some of the campuses it is made up of are Fisherville, Forest Hill, Ridgelake, and Macon.

Fisherville teaches children from pre-k through 2nd grade the knowledge necessary to move forward in life. This campus's staff also has a strong passion and desire to teach children, as well as a strong walk with Jesus Christ. They care for each student very much and never ignore their questions.

Forest Hill and Ridgelake each host grades pre-k through 5th grade, having a loving and caring staff also. They, too, have a strong desire to teach students in a variety of classes such as follows: science, math, English and literature, history, and Bible. These classes also include art, physical education, music class where they learn to play a few instruments and sing, Spanish class, guidance where the students get taught valuable life lessons on friendship, respect toward others, kindness, and many other important character qualities, "tech-lab" where the students in grades 2nd through 5th learn about the basic tools needed for high-school and middle-school like making and presenting a powerpoint slide show, researching project topics for various school projects, but students don't have free reign over the computer, because their homeroom teacher watches them carefully to protect them from unwanted websites. Every Thursday, in addition to the daily scheduled activities, there is a chapel service. A speaker will come and give a message to the kids about a Bible lesson and will usually do an entertaining skit or event or demonstration to keep the children's attention.

The Macon campus includes the middle-school and high-school campuses. Although they are on the same grounds, the highschool and middle-school students are taught in separate buildings, have separate principals, have different teachers, and have different lunch times. The middle-school grades consist of 6th graders to 8th graders. The middle school students are taught math, science, Bible, geography, English, literature, and many other subjects.

ECS is also know for its tradition in highschool football. They hold many state titles and always produce promising athletes. One of the larger and more talented classes to come through the ECS football program was the class of 2007.
