Evan Ellingson

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Evan Taylor Ellingson (born 1 July 1988 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor.

Evan Ellingson grew up in La Verne, California with his three brothers. He is an active sports enthusiast/extremist, who enjoys surfing, snowboarding, skating and currently is exploring mountain climbing and scuba diving. He is currently competing with a local Paint Ball Team and Computer gaming team. In fact it was Evan's love of sports that put him on the road to stardom. At ten, Evan was discovered at a skate park and was asked to skate for the Vans PeeWee team and to do a commercial for the Vans Company.[citation needed]

Evan landed a guest spot on MAD TV, and then a regular role on the FOX sitcom "Titus." In 2004, Evan was chosen to play "Kyle Savage," one of 5 teenage sons being raised by single dad Keith Carradine in the Mel Gibson produced ABC sitcom "Complete Savages." Following that, he played Camryn Manheim's son "Arlo" in a pilot the WB was producing for the former "Practice" star in 2005. Evan now has a new tv show named "A Boys Life" on TBS and a role on 24. He bears a striking resemblance to a young Kurt Russell.[2]
