Evalueserve (abbreviated as EVS) is a ISO 27001 compliant [1] Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm based in Gurgaon, India. Established in December, 2000 Evalueserve provides research services. The company was started by Alok Aggarwal (ex-Director at IBM) and Marc Vollenweider (ex-Partner at McKinsey). In 2005, Evalueserve started operations in Shanghai, China. The company employs 1500 people.
