Eva Kadan

Eva Kadan, known as Eri Kisaki (妃英理 Kisaki Eri)in the original Japanese anime and manga, is a character of the anime and manga Case Closed, known in Japan as Detective Conan (名探偵コナン Meitantei Conan).

Eva is the wife (and was a childhood friend) of Richard Moore (Kogoro Mouri) and the mother of Rachel Moore (Ran Mouri). She is also a childhood friend of Vivian Kudo (Yukiko Kudo).

As an experienced lawyer, Eva has been known to be able to solve crime cases with the help of Conan. Ten years ago, she left the family because Richard seemingly insulted her cooking (The 14th Target) but she still has feelings for him and wishes to return to his side. She would return to Richard if only he would stop his perverted attitude.

It is revealed in volume 41 of the manga, and episodes 333-334 of the anime that she once competed with Vivian Kudo in a "Princess" like pageant, in which both of them won in a draw due to Richard's ticket not being placed in. She also appears to be somewhat competitive with Vivian, shown in episodes 333-334, as she still wants to know the winner of the pageant would've been if Richard had voted.
