I have not used the English translation for the name of the party (as it's done in wikipedia), due to a kind of a word game. Euskal Iraultzarako Alderdia must be translated either as Basque Party for the Revolution or Party for the Basque Revolution. Perhaps someone can say which meaning is more appropiate according to its history or ideology. --alfanje 01:09, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

Both are correct. As Euskal (Iraultzarako) Alderdia, it is "Basque Party for the Revolution", as Euskal Iraultzarako (Alderdia), it is "Party for the Basque Revolution". Iraultzarako Euskal Alderdia would also have the first meaning but it's kind of odd because Euskal or Eusko always goes at the beginning of all party names. I really do not know if they cared about this distinction. Myself never thought about it... they were just EIA, one among many historical acronyms. --Sugaar 19:12, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
