This article is within the scope of the Organizations WikiProject, a collaborative effort to improve Wikipedia's coverage of organizations. Here is a link on a translation from Russian describing the Eurasec: www.evrazes.com/files/bpage/1/e_evrazes.pdf. It says *nothing* about common borders being required to join Eurasec. Further, this Regnum article (see the part on Armenia): http://www.regnum.ru/english/689678.html, states that Armenia's joining of the Eurasec is solely up to its decision, implying that it is not barred from doing so by lack of common border with other Eurasec members.

Unless anybody can produce proof that a common border is indeed required to join Eurasec, I am going to delete this statement as it seems erroneous.
