The European Handball Federation, often referred to by the acronym EHF, is the administrative and controlling body for European team handball. It represents the national handball associations of Europe.

EHF was founded on November 17, 1991 in Berlin, Germany. At the first EHF Congress on June 5, 1992, the headquarters were assigned to Vienna, Austria. Its current Secretary General is Michael Wiederer.
