Eurofest 2007

Eurofest 2007 was the television show in which Belarus selected 3 competitors to fight for the Belarusian place at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007, to be held in Helsinki, Finland on the 10th & 12th May 2007. As Belarus failed to qualify from the semi final for the third time in a row in 2006, whoever wins the second round of the Eurofest project will have to start in the semi final on the 10th. Eurofest was aired on the 15th December 2006, and televoting selected Dmitry Koldun to go on to the superfinal, who joined jury favs Diana Gurtskaya & The Project, leaving the jury will select the winner behind closed doors, to be announced in early 2007. The rules explicitly state that the winner may or may not sing the entry they entered to the NF with in Helsinki.

- Angelica Agurbash, who represented Belarus in 2005, was due to enter again with the song "Miracle", but withdrew after it was discovered that her song had alread been performed (in the European Athletic Championships)[1], therefore breaking ESC rules.

After all the songs had been performed, there was 10 minutes of televoting to decide the viewers' winner.

Following the final held on January 22, 2007 it was announced that Dmitry Koldun will represent Belarus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 with his song "Work Your Magic".
