Parcel 12, now called Eurasia, is the plot of land on which a 305 metre (1,001 feet) skyscraper is under construction in Moscow, Russia. The complex will house offices, apartments, a casino, a hotel, and other entertainment. Construction of this building began in 2004 and will be completed in 2008.

It will have 75 floors and have an area of 207,542 square metres. It is estimated to cost $250 million.
