Eugene de Kock

Eugene de Kock was an assassin for the apartheid government in South Africa. Dubbed "Prime Evil" by the media, he was the commander of the Vlakplaas counterinsurgency group, who are well known for executing dozens of opponents of the apartheid government.
De Kock first became prominent during his testimony in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, during which he made multiple revelations relating to the deaths of anti-apartheid activists.
Eugene de Kock was sentenced to 212 years in jail for his part in crimes against humanity. He is still in prison.[1]
