Eugene Scalia

Eugene Scalia is a partner in the Washington D.C. office of the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and son of United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia. He previously served as the Solicitor (chief legal officer) of the Department of Labor.

Scalia graduated from the University of Virginia and received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.

He argued the winning side in Wal-Mart v. Maryland in July 2006.
