Eugen Stahl Schmidt (17 February 1874 – 7 October 1931) was a Danish shooter and athlete. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens.
In the military rifle event, Schmidt tied for twelfth place with Spiridon Stais at 845 points. Schmidt hit the target 12 times out of his 40 shots.
Schmidt competed in the 100 metres, finishing fourth in his heat and not advancing to the final.
In the 1900 Olympics, Schmidt was a member of the gold medal winning Tug-of-war team.
