Ethnographic regions of Lithuania. Legend:
- White lines - current country borders
- Darker zone - territory of modern day Lithuania
- Black lines - borders of Lithuanian ethnographic regions
- Large red dots with words - cities over 100'000 inhabittants
- Small red dots with names - cities with less than 100'000 inhabittants, marked only if they are considered capital of ethnographic region.
- Underlined names of cities - the city is considered capital of ethnographic region
