The statement about Angella being the rightful ruler of Etheria was deleted on the bases of being factually incorrect. Angella was the rightful ruler of BrightMoon, just one of the many kingdoms on Etheria. At no point does the series state, or even imply, that Angella (or anyone else) bears claim to the rightful leadership of that entire world.
