Hi, I am not sure if the pyruvate picture is correct, it seems to be missing a hydrogen? Ill change it and see what happens: wait is pyruvate the compound involved in ethanol fermentation or is it pyruvic acid? I am a little confused as to how Acetaldehyde (4 hydrogen) can be formed from pyruvate (3 hydrogen).
