There was a reason given for deletion, look in the deletion log. This reads like a brochure. HowIBecameCivil 19:08, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

That may be, but so does [| this]. The article lacks historical and photometric information, hence I labeled it as a stub, and which I will include when I've done some research, but no matter how much information I put in here, I'm afraid it's still going to sound like a brochure, which is to say that it will give information about the fixture that a lighting designer or entertainment electrician might find useful. Suggestions? --starX 19:52, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

The other page meets notability guidelines due to secondary references establishes its use. I'm not entirely sure a certain type of ETC is notable if it's made by one company. e.g. Socks are notable. However, a certain brand name of sock is not notable unless it meets the guidelines. Sasquatch t|c 21:15, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Ah ha! I get the disconnect now. This instrument was designed by ETC, was the first of its type in the market, and is produced exclusively by that company. Altman Stage Lighting makes something comparable, but the Source Four PAR came first and is more widely used than any of the "next generation" wash fixtures. It's kind of like if ONLY one company made socks. Maybe it should be moved to "Source Four PAR"? to clarify? --starX 22:54, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
I think if you simply found some third party sources to attribute your claims to it would clear any concern right up. Meeting the inclusion standards is the important step, once that is accomplished the article can be improved over time. HowIBecameCivil 22:58, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
Ah, it appears there is an existing article Source Four PAR already. HowIBecameCivil 04:10, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
