Estonian parliamentary elections, 1923 to form the II Riigikogu were held in 5.-7. may of 1923. There were some controversies before them - some of lists, most remarkably communist, were declared void before the elections due the violations in them against the electoral law; and the results gave Estonia its most fragmented parliament ever.
