Esther Snyder

Esther Lavelle Snyder (née Johnson) (b. 1920 in Sorento, Illinois – d. August 4, 2006 in Baldwin Park, California) founded In-N-Out Burger, with her husband Harry Snyder.
They had two sons, and Esther Snyder outlived her husband and both of her sons, one of whom died in a plane crash and the other succumbed to a drug overdose.
She died on August 4, 2006, aged 86, from undisclosed causes. She is survived by several grandchildren. [1]
