Estero High School is a public high school located in Estero, Florida. It is part of the Lee County School District and opened in 1987. The total enrollment is about 1,800 students. The school's colors are blue and white, its mascot is the Wildcat.

- South Fort Myers High School opened in 2005, and has quickly developed a rivaly with Estero. The two schools draw from the same pool of students, and many Estero athletes transferred to the new school when it opened.
- Fort Myers Senior High School is an International Baccalaureate high school in Lee County, Florida and for several years was one of the only schools in Southern Lee County. The Estero and Fort Myers football teams often clashed in the postseason in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

- Anthony Henry -- American football player, currently plays for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League.
- Matt Prater -- American football player, played college football for the University of Central Florida, currently plays for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League.
- Bona Jones -- Currently attends the North Carolina State University, 2006 All-American in cross country. Also placed 2nd in USA Cross Country Championship, part of Junior Team USA.
