Eshetu Tura (born January 19, 1950) is a retired long-distance runner from Ethiopia who won the bronze medal in 3,000 metres steeplechase at the 1980 Summer Olympics.
He won a silver medal behind Kip Rono at the first African Championships in 1979. At the 1982 edition he won the steeplechase competition as well as a silver in 5000 metres. [1]
He is currently working as a steeplechase coach for the Ethiopian national athletics team. [2]
