The eServices Capability Model for Client Organizations (eSCM-CL) is intented to those organizations who procure or source IT-enabled services, delegate one or more of their information technology intensive business activities to a service provider, or to those who whish to asses their sourcing capabilities.

  2. Capability Area
  3. Capability Level

The eSCM-CP model extends the eSCM-SP structure by adding an additional phase called "Analisys". So it includes: Analysis, Inititation, Delivery and Completition

The eSCM-CP is organizaed in 5 capability levels:

  2. Consistently Managing Sourcing
  3. Managing Organizational Sourcing Performance
  4. Proactively Enhancing Value
  5. Sustaining Excellence
