Ernest P. Kline

Ernest P. Kline (born June 20, 1929) was the Democratic Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania from 1971 to 1975, under Milton Shapp.
Kline was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was also a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate.
